tell me it's not in vain

picture this for just a moment to yourself....

It is there always in front of you

Tempting, calling out to be taken

They say your body will die without

You know it will kill your mind

The ache seems never to go away

Yelling at you that something is wrong

You try to simply ignore it

Knowing well the pain would destroy

You would not mind to die

So long as the goal is almost achieved

The goal that will never be achieved

To simply look thin in your own eyes

Eating a single calorie brings a wave of pain

Even liquid in your stomach is unbearable

All that matters is to lose weight

To lay in your coffin being sickeningly skinny

Others say that too thin is grotesque

Yet still that is what you want

Wishing to hear those muttered remarks

Verbal communications of their disgust

Hearing these, you may be happy

In most likelihood you will not

No weight will make you happy

Only in death will you cease to see yourself as fat
